[Location] On the outer side of the distal phalanx of the big toe, about 0.1 cun away from the corner of the toenail.
[Anatomy] It has dorsal arteries and veins; and the dorsal nerve of the foot, which is innervated by the peroneal nerve.
[Indications] Hernia, uterine bleeding, hematuria, urinary retention, enuresis, mania, epilepsy.
[Technique] Obliquely insert the needle for 0.1-0.2 cun, or use the San Ling needle to puncture and bleed.
[Combination] Combined with Nei Guan and Shui Gou to treat mania, epilepsy, and stroke-induced coma; combined with Shan Zhong, Tian Tu, and Jian Shi to treat plum pit qi.
[Note] (1) The point where the Foot Jueyin Meridian emerges is called "Jing". (2) Pregnant women should not be moxibusted before or after giving birth, as mentioned in "Tu Yi".
