【Location】On the back, along the midline, in the depression below the spinous process of the tenth thoracic vertebra.
【Anatomy】In the lumbodorsal fascia, supraspinous ligament, and interspinous ligament; with the posterior branch of the tenth intercostal artery, interspinous vein plexus; innervated by the medial branch of the posterior branch of the tenth intercostal nerve.
【Indications】Jaundice, vomiting, abdominal distention, stomach pain, lumbago.
【Technique】Oblique insertion of 0.5-1 cun.
【Combination】Combined with Mingmen, Yaoyan, Yanglingquan, and Houxi to treat lumbosacral pain.
