Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4.5 grams of Jiao Shan Zha (fried hawthorn)
- 4.5 grams of Jiao Shen Qu (fried fermented levain)
- 4.5 grams of Jiao Mai Ya (fried barley malt)
- 4.5 grams of Zhi He (fried orange peel)
- 2.5 grams of Jiu Huang Lian (Coptis chinensis)
- 9 grams of Xi Sheng Di (Rehmannia glutinosa)
- 9 grams of Gan Ju (chamomile)
- 2 grams of Xian Lu Gen (fresh reed root, chopped)
- 2.5 grams of Zhu Ye (bamboo leaf)
Instructions:
Decoct in water and drink as a substitute for tea.
