Massage method: Place four fingers together on the Tian Chong acupoint on the head and massage for 3 minutes. Then, use the thumb to press the Da Ying acupoint on both sides of the face 20 times. This method has a good effect on treating gum pain.

Stimulating the Tian Chong acupoint can be done by kneading. Press the fingertip of the index finger on the Tian Chong acupoint and rotate it slowly. Knead each side of the Tian Chong acupoint for 1-3 minutes each time, and it can be kneaded several times a day.

The Tian Chong acupoint is located on the head, vertically above the root of the ear, straight into the hairline. It is two inches away from the three horizontal fingers. Stimulating the Tian Chong acupoint can also be done by pressing. Use the thumb to press the Tian Chong acupoint, gradually increase the pressure, hold for 2-3 seconds, release, rest for 3 seconds, and then press again. One press and release cycle takes 2-3 minutes.

Massaging can also be done by using a larger range. Place the index finger, middle finger, and ring finger together, with the Tian Chong acupoint as the center, and rotate and knead with a certain force for 2-3 minutes each time, until the skin feels warm and swollen.

Friction can also be used. Rub the index finger and middle finger up and down on the Tian Chong acupoint, with the local area feeling sore and warm as the best result.
