(1) Shoulder Grabbing: Hold the four fingertips of one hand against the palm of the other hand and exert pressure on the trapezius tendon of the opposite shoulder blade. Use the index and middle fingers to apply pressure to the shoulder well point, then pinch and release, tightening and loosening gradually as you move towards the shoulder, elbow, and wrist. Focus on grabbing and pressing the shoulder anterior point, the outer side of the elbow crease, the support groove point on the back side of the forearm, and the Neiguan point about two finger-widths above the wrist on the palm side. This technique can help prevent and treat symptoms such as chest pain, rib pain, headache, dizziness, stomachache, abdominal bloating, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and palpitations. (2) Elbow Rubbing: Rub the area around the elbow with the palm of your hand to promote blood circulation and prevent and treat symptoms such as elbow joint pain. (3) Hand Rubbing: Rub the palms of both hands together until they become warm, then alternate between rubbing and massaging the back of the hands. This can help prevent and treat symptoms such as joint pain, numbness of the fingers, and chilblains. (4) Wrist Shaking: Relax one hand and hold the wrist with the other hand, with the thumb on top and the other four fingers below. Press against the base of the palm and coordinate the force applied up and down, allowing the wrist joint of the hand being held to perform gentle and wave-like flexion and extension movements. This technique helps lubricate the joints and treat wrist and finger pain. (5) Finger Kneading: Hold the thumb and index finger of one hand together to pinch the fingers of the other hand, and perform slow and gentle kneading, as if twisting a thread. Start from the base of the fingers and knead towards the fingertips, starting with the little finger. This can help prevent and treat numbness and limited mobility of the fingers, as well as internal organ-related diseases. (6) Shoulder Rocking: Let both hands hang naturally and gently shake the shoulder joints on both sides, moving the shoulder blades and stimulating the Gaoyu acupoint on the back of the hand. This technique can help prevent and treat symptoms such as shoulder and back pain, cold and flu, and fatigue. (7) Empty Hand Grip: Repeatedly flex and extend the five fingers. Alternatively, hold the thumb in the center of the fist and alternate between tightening and loosening multiple times. This can help prevent and treat symptoms such as upper limb pain, numbness, and weakness.
