Preventing and Treating Myopia: Effective Eye Exercises for Vision Improvement

There are certain preventive and treatment effects for myopia, vision loss, and eye fatigue. It is especially suitable for the pseudo myopia in teenagers.

Eye Exercises:

Section 1: Rubbing Upper Brightness: Use the tips of both thumbs to rub the upper brightness acupoints on both sides of the lower eyelids. The other four fingers are spread out like a bow, supporting the forehead. When rubbing, rotate on the fixed upper brightness acupoints without touching the eyeballs.

Section 2: Pinching Eye Brightness: Use the thumb and index finger of the left hand to pinch the eye brightness acupoints near the inner corner of the eyes, close to the bridge of the nose.

Section 3: Rubbing Four Whites: Use the fingertips of both index fingers to rub the four white acupoints on both sides, with the thumb placed on the lower jaw angle for support, and the other three fingers in a fist-like position.

Section 4: Pressing Sun and Lightly Scraping the Eye Sockets: Make fists with both hands, with the thumbs pressing the temples and the bent index finger joints on the outer sides, gently scrape along the upper and lower edges of the eye sockets from the inner corner to the outer corner, without touching the eyeballs.
