(1) Rub Zhongwan: Place one hand on the Zhongwan acupoint, with the other hand stacked on top to assist in applying pressure. Rotate both hands in a clockwise direction. This can strengthen the spleen and stomach, aid digestion, and prevent and treat digestive system disorders.

(2) Massage the abdomen: Place one palm over the navel, with the other palm overlapping it. Start from the Qihai acupoint, located two horizontal finger-widths above the navel, and apply clockwise pressure in a spiral motion, gradually expanding to cover the entire abdomen. Repeat this several times. This technique can be used to prevent and treat indigestion, food stagnation, gastrointestinal disorders, bloating, constipation, asthma, frequent urination, irregular menstruation, and insomnia.

(3) Rub the lower abdomen: Place both palms on the sides of the lower ribs, and rub diagonally from the outer upper side to the inner lower side. This technique can be used to prevent and treat dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, nocturnal emission, and impotence.
