Quan Die Fa: The practitioner clenches both hands into fists, focusing on the knuckles of the index, middle, ring, and little fingers. The fists are pressed against the patient's abdomen, and the practitioner performs forward and backward rotational movements.
Yao Die Fa: The patient sits down and performs bending motions several times.
Gu Die Fa: The patient lies supine. The practitioner supports the patient's knee with one hand and holds the heel with the other hand, flexing and extending the knee and hip joints, and then moving them outward or inward. This technique helps to relieve indigestion and promote gastrointestinal motility. It is used to treat symptoms such as abdominal distension, belching, acid regurgitation, loss of appetite, nausea, and constipation.
