According to traditional Chinese medicine, the ears are closely related to the internal organs, especially the kidneys. The auditory ability of the ears can reflect the functions of the kidneys, liver, gallbladder, and other organs. By massaging the ears, the overall health of the body can be improved, benefiting the internal organs as well.
Loosen the earlobe: Place the palm of your hand on your ear and gently press inward. Release the pressure and repeat this motion 30 times in the morning and evening.
Massage the earlobe: Place the palm of your hand on your ear and massage in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction for 30 times each. Repeat this motion three times in the morning and before bed.
Pull the earlobe: After waking up in the morning, use your right hand to pull the upper part of your left earlobe 20 times, then use your left hand to pull the upper part of your right earlobe 20 times.
Pinch the ear helix: The ear helix refers to the small protruding cartilage on the outer ear. Use the thumbs and index fingers of both hands to pinch the ear helix of both ears 30 times in a circular motion. Do this three times in the morning.
Twist the ear: Gently insert your index finger into the ear canal and rotate it back and forth 20 times. Apply even pressure and alternate between the left and right ears. Avoid rotating too quickly to prevent damaging the skin inside the ear.
