Men's Health: Pay Attention to 7 Acupoints

2. "Knead" the Joints

Adopt a sitting or standing posture, naturally extend your lower limbs, and use the palms of both hands to rub and knead from the upper part of the thigh down to the knee. Stop when you feel a slight soreness and swelling in the thighs.

3. "Tap" the Lumbar Vertebrae

Adopt a standing posture, separate your thighs, and press your thumbs tightly against both sides of your waist. Do this for about 5 minutes each time, several times a day. It can prevent and treat symptoms such as back pain and weakness of the waist and knees.

4. "Press" the Abdomen

Before going to bed, place one hand on the lower abdomen below the navel and pubic bone, and place the other hand on your waist. Then, press down on the waist with one hand while rubbing the lower abdomen from right to left with the other hand. Stop when you feel a warm sensation in the abdomen.

5. "Massage" the Groin

Place both hands on the groins on both sides of the thighs and gently massage them for about 30 times. Do this for 10 minutes every day. It also has a positive effect on improving mental health.

6. "Rub" the Ears

In the morning, use your fingertips or the textured surface of your hands to gently rub or press the earlobe and other parts of the ears in a circular motion. Stop when you feel a slight swelling and warmth in the area.

7. "Contract" the Anus

The anus is also known as the "grain passage". "Contracting the anus" refers to doing exercises to tighten the anus.
