This acupoint belongs to the Large Intestine Meridian of Hand Yangming and is located on the back of the hand, between the first and second metacarpal bones, at the midpoint on the radial side of the second metacarpal bone.

Procedure: It is easy to locate this acupoint. Use the thumb of one hand to massage the Hegu acupoint of the other hand. Press and release the acupoint, and massage for 3-5 minutes.

Ear Acupoints The ears are a sensitive and often overlooked part of the body. These acupoints can help alleviate restlessness and have a calming effect because they are associated with the brain and the endocrine system. These acupoints are distributed around the earlobe and the surrounding area.

Procedure: Use the thumb and index finger of both hands to pinch and knead the area around the ears until they turn red. Massage for about 5 minutes.
