Efficient Massage Techniques for Upright Chest and Enhanced Breasts

      Women all want to have a straight and upright chest. Various breast enhancement creams and plastic surgeries... It takes a lot of effort, but the results are not always good. Here are some massage methods according to traditional Chinese medicine theory. You might as well try a few of these methods.

 

 

  Method 1:

 

  1. Start from the center of the breast and draw circles upwards until the collarbone.

 

  2. Start from the outer edge of the breast and massage in a spiral motion with small circles.

 

  3. Gently hold both sides of the breast with your palms and gently pull up, but don't squeeze too hard.

 

  4. Repeat each movement 8-10 times.

 

  Effect: Prevent the breasts from sagging.

 

  Method 2:

 

  1. Use the fingers of both hands to circle around the entire breast tissue, and stay for 3 seconds each time.

 

  2. Open both hands and press parallel from the cleavage to the outer edge of the breast.

  4. Repeat each movement twenty times.

  Method 3:

 

  1. Place both hands under the armpits and massage in a circular motion along the outer edge of the breast.

 

  2. Use both hands to pull up from under the breast and move towards the left and right sides until reaching the collarbone.

 

  3. Place hands above the areola and massage in a spiral motion upwards.

 

  4. Repeat each movement 8-10 times.

 

  Effect: Firm the chest muscles, enhance support, and make your chest more upright.
 

  Method 4:

 

  1. Stand up straight, raise your right hand and stretch it upwards, while extending your right foot downwards.

 

  2. After holding for five seconds, switch to stretching the left hand and left foot, straightening your body as much as possible.

 

  3. Alternate stretching left and right about five times.

 

  4. Repeat each movement 8-10 times.

 

  Effect: Fully stretch the muscles from the armpit to the lungs, stimulate the breasts, and lift the chest curve.
