Firming Techniques for Breasts: Traditional Chinese Massage Methods

      Women all want to have firm breasts. They try various breast enhancement creams and plastic surgeries, but the results are not always satisfactory. Below are some massage methods based on traditional Chinese medicine theory. You can give them a try.

 

 

  Method 1:

 

  1. Start from the center of the breasts and draw circles upwards until reaching the collarbone.

 

  2. Start from the outer side of the breasts and use circular motions to massage in a spiral pattern.

 

  3. Gently hold both sides of the breasts with palms and slightly pull upwards, but don't squeeze too hard.

 

  4. Repeat each movement 8-10 times.

 

  Effect: Prevent the breasts from sagging.

 

  Method 2:

 

  1. Use fingers from both hands to circle around the entire breast tissue, and hold for 3 seconds each time.

 

  2. Open both hands and press down parallelly from the cleavage to the outer edge of the breasts.

 

  3. Massage in a figure-eight pattern between the two breasts.

 

  4. Repeat each movement twenty times.

 

  Effect: Stimulate breast tissue growth and make breasts larger.

 

  Method 3:

 

  1. Place both hands under the armpits and massage in circular motions around the outer edge of the breasts.

 

  2. Use both hands to lift upwards from below the breasts, reaching the collarbone.

 

  3. Place hands above the nipples and massage in a spiral pattern upwards.

 

  4. Repeat each movement 8-10 times.

 

  Effect: Firm the chest muscles, strengthen support, and make your breasts firmer.
 

  Method 4:

 

  1. Stand up straight, raise the right hand and stretch it upwards, while extending the right foot downwards.

 

  2. After holding for five seconds, switch to stretch the left hand and left foot, and straighten the body as much as possible.

 

  3. Alternate between left and right stretches about five times each.

 

  4. Repeat each movement 8-10 times.

 

  Effect: Fully stretch the muscles from the armpits to the lungs, stimulate the breasts, and lift the chest curve.
