What tea to drink for fatigue and tiredness?

The most effective way to relieve fatigue is to drink flower tea.

Many professionals like to brew a cup of fragrant flower tea in the afternoon. As they watch the rising tea mist, their stress and fatigue vanish. Flower tea combines the advantages of tea with the fragrance of flowers, making it a perfect combination of color, fragrance, and taste. It is also beneficial for both physical and mental health. However, each type of flower grows in a different environment and has its own characteristics and medicinal properties. So, what flowers can we choose to relieve fatigue? Some good options include ginseng flower, golden flower, jasmine, lavender, marigold, and violet. Among the various flower teas, lavender and mint tea is the best for refreshing and fighting fatigue.

Lavender can calm the nerves and relieve fatigue. It can also reduce stress, anxiety, and tension, helping with sleep and relieving headaches. Lavender can be used not only for making tea but also for making a small sachet that you can carry with you. When you feel stressed, tired, or anxious, take it out and smell it. The faint fragrance of lavender will release the anger and stress accumulated in your mind, soothe your emotions, and help you escape from annoying situations. Mint leaves can refresh the mind, relieve fatigue, and when combined with lavender, the two have a complementary effect. They can refresh the mind, reduce or even eliminate fatigue, and help dissipate stress, bringing your mood back to a calm state. When you feel tired and sluggish, brewing a cup of lavender and mint tea will soon clear your mind and invigorate your spirit.

The specific preparation method for lavender and mint tea is as follows: take 3 grams of lavender and 2 grams of mint leaves, put them in a teapot, pour in an appropriate amount of hot water, rinse the flower tea once, then discard the water, and finally brew with hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes, filter out the tea residue, and it's ready to drink. If you want a better taste, you can add some honey when the tea is lukewarm.
