Throughout history, it has been said that women tend to live longer than men. What are the reasons behind this phenomenon? I don't believe it. As long as a person maintains good lifestyle habits, they can definitely live a long life. So, what are the methods for men to live longer?

1. Learn to play a musical instrument

Learning to play an instrument in old age is a good idea, especially if it is an instrument that one was passionate about during their youth. The brain has strong neuroplasticity, and by learning new things, it challenges the brain's functionality, forming new neural pathways and enhancing memory, thus reducing the risk of developing dementia.

2. Exercise appropriately

Men should follow a flexible and moderate approach to exercise. Engaging in strength training at least twice a week can increase muscle strength (preventing muscle loss) and protect joints.

3. Ensure sufficient sleep

Accidents and heart disease are common causes of death in men, and lack of sleep contributes to both. Inadequate sleep is also associated with weakened immune system function, high blood pressure, depression, poor memory, and type 2 diabetes.

4. Focus on one task at a time

Research shows that multitasking leads to 40% more errors compared to focusing on one task at a time. It also hampers creativity. Being overly obsessed with work efficiency can lead to chronic stress, increasing the risk of heart disease, dementia, depression, and cancer. When one focuses on one task at a time, it slows down the pace of life and naturally improves physical and mental health.

As life progresses, family and work take up more and more time, leading to a tendency of isolation. However, regardless of any changes, there is a strong and ancient bond between siblings that keeps family members united. This interaction helps men become better husbands, fathers, and friends. It also strengthens the immune system, making men physically healthier and psychologically more resilient.

Foods that Help Men Fight Aging

1. Milk

Many men do not have the awareness of drinking milk, thinking that it is for the elderly and children. However, research has proven that the protein and amino acids in milk are closest to what the human body needs and are easily absorbed by the body. So, if you want to supplement protein and avoid aging, a glass of milk a day is recommended.

2. Pumpkin seeds

Most men over 40 have problems with enlarged prostate. An experiment in the United States found that patients with enlarged prostate who took pumpkin seed extract reduced the frequency of urination and improved other symptoms. Pumpkin seeds are also an excellent source of vitamin E, which can fight aging.

3. Carrots

Beta-carotene in carrots is converted into vitamin A in the body, enhancing the body's resistance and inhibiting the deterioration of cells caused by free radicals. 1. Smoking

Smokers inhale nicotine, tar, and carbon monoxide into their lungs, providing conditions for cholesterol deposition, leading to atherosclerosis and accelerated aging.

2. Peroxidized lipids
