Eat more carrots and fresh dates

At the age of 40, men should understand what to eat, what to eat less of, and what not to eat. When attending business dinners, it is best to stay away from seafood. For those who work in offices and spend long hours working on computers, it is advisable to eat three carrots per week to ensure an adequate intake of vitamin A and prevent vision decline. For those with a quick temper, incorporating calcium-rich foods such as milk, yogurt, and bone broth can help maintain a calm state of mind. When under excessive stress or tension, eating 3-5 fresh dates per day can provide an additional source of vitamin C, among other benefits.

During times of fatigue, it is not advisable to indulge in a large meal of chicken, duck, fish, or meat. This is because during fatigue, acidic substances accumulate in the body, and meat is considered to be acidic, which can further intensify feelings of fatigue. On the other hand, fresh vegetables and other alkaline foods can help the body recover quickly. If possible, taking a hot bath can refresh the mind and relieve fatigue.

For those who smoke, it is recommended to consume more carrots, bell peppers, green onions, spinach, and orange-colored fruits, or to supplement their diet with vitamin A, vitamin C, and minerals. This can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, lung cancer, and respiratory system diseases.
