Spot Removal and Skin Whitening: The Power of Self-Massage and Lifestyle Strategies

1. Lie on your stomach and have someone massage the area on both sides of your spine, along the bladder meridian. Massage from top to bottom 5 times. Focus on massaging key acupuncture points such as Liver Shu, Kidney Shu, Heart Shu, Spleen Shu, and Sanjiao Shu.

2. In the middle of your back, along the Du Meridian, rub from top to bottom 5 times. Then, using your spine as the center line, rub with your palms towards the left and right sides, more than 10 times each.

3. Use your index finger to press the acupoint on the outside of the little toe nail 5-10 times.

4. Use your thumb to press the acupoints on the arm, such as Waiguan, Hegu, and Quchi, for 1-2 minutes each.

5. Use your palms to rub your face 20 times.

Method: Sit with your hands placed horizontally under your armpits, with your fingers spread out and the distance between your fingers equal to the gap between your ribs. First, use your right palm to push towards the left side of your chest, then use your left palm to push towards the right side of your chest. Repeat this motion from top to bottom, alternating sides, until you reach the level of your navel. Repeat 10 times. Pay attention to keeping your fingers close to your ribs and applying even pressure. A warm feeling in the chest and ribs is desirable.

Effect: Promotes smooth flow of Qi and soothes the liver.

Lifestyle strategies:

1. Maintain a good mood. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, maintaining a good mood is crucial. Learn to relieve stress in a timely manner and release negative emotions. Don't let resentment and anger accumulate in your heart, causing stagnation of liver Qi.

2. Eat fruits with high water content. Examples include tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, and peaches. These foods can help detoxify the body and promote metabolism.
