Relieve Eye Fatigue and Banish Dark Circles: Tips for Staying Fresh and Alert

With the increasing pressures of life and work, more and more people are staying up all night, especially during the World Cup. Dark circles under the eyes are becoming more and more noticeable. Here are a few tips to relieve eye fatigue and get rid of dark circles.

Tip 1: Vitamins. Take a vitamin B and vitamin A capsule before staying up all night. Vitamin B can relieve fatigue and detoxify the liver; vitamin A can reduce the stimulation on the eyes from staying up late.

Tip 2: Goji Berry Tea. Prepare a cool and moisturizing eye drops and brew a cup of goji berry tea to relieve stress and improve eyesight.
