Hard Lifts

Step 1: Stand with your feet straight and hold the dumbbells in each hand. Step 2: Step your left foot out at 90 degrees and extend your right leg backwards, stop for 10-15 seconds and then switch legs to perform.

Elastic band straddle step

Step 1: Open your feet shoulder-width apart, cross your arms and tie the elastic band below your knees. Step 2: Apply force to the right foot and straddle to the left, stop for 10-20 seconds, then switch to the left foot to perform.
