Olive oil

Peanut Oil

Flaxseed oil

Sunflower Oil

Sunflower oil contains sterols, vitamins, linoleic acid and other substances that are beneficial to humans, including vitamin E, which is the highest among all major vegetable oils, and linoleic acid, which can reach about 70%. Sunflower oil can lower serum cholesterol levels, and also lower triglyceride levels and blood pressure. Sesame oil
