How to do if you have a bout of breath

1. Change the way of breathing

If you want to eliminate or prevent bronchitis, you can try to change the way you breathe and take deep rhythmic breaths, so that you can inhale a lot of air to meet the oxygen needed for exercise and make the breathing muscles come down.

4. Try to breathe through the nose

Remedies for the treatment of bronchitis

Massage therapy

Scraping therapy

Take a scraper and scrape the bladder meridian at an angle of 45° to the Da Loom, Feng Men, Lung Yu, Zhe Yin Yu, Heart Yu, Diaphragm Yu, Liver Yu, Spleen Yu and Kidney Yu. Then scrape the Governor's Vessel from top to bottom, from Dazhi to Zhiyang. Then scrape a section of the Ren Vessel from Tanzhong to Zhonghua.
