Exercises to eliminate side breasts

If the chest is under constant pressure, the lymphatic drainage in the armpit will become swollen, and the excess flesh will become what we call parametrium. It is very common to see the appearance of side breasts. So what exercises can we do to help eliminate the side breast?

Hair band to eliminate the side breast

Exercise method: 3 hair bands tied together around the back, hands on the thighs, with thumbs lightly hold the ends of the hair band, the whole person sitting in a chair, eyes looking straight ahead, the spine should be straight, and then the hair band pulled together, the armpits to clench, the left and right elbows together, the left and right fingertips close together. Exhale, clench the armpits, slowly lift the hands upward, then inhale and slowly put the hands down, repeat 10 times. Note: If you feel discomfort in the shoulders or elbows should stop exercise rest. Effect: This can help stimulate the lymphatic circulation in the armpits, tighten the chest muscles, eliminate the side breast while shaping the chest curve.

Raise your hands to eliminate side breasts

Exercise method: After the body is straight, tuck the abdomen and buttocks, lift the hands with the water bottle upwards and around the back of the neck, then straighten the spine, extend the water bottle to the top of the back, straighten the arms, feel the upper arms in force, finally put down the hands, and then repeat the action 10 times. Effect: This action is driven by the movement of the arms to stimulate the parametrium, shaping the arm line at the same time to help eliminate the parametrium.

Push-ups to eliminate side breasts

Exercise method: both hands wide, feet propped up on the ground or bench, toes on the ground, the body moves down vertically. Note: move the torso and legs straight, arms bent to 90 degrees, slowly descend to the chest to touch the ground. Effect: The practice of push-ups can help exercise the chest muscles, speed up the blood circulation and lymph circulation in the chest and armpits, help smooth the meridians, and ultimately help eliminate side breasts.

Dumbbells to eliminate side breasts

Exercise method: stand naturally with your body and hold a dumbbell in each hand in front of your abdomen. Bend your elbows and lift the dumbbells up to your chin. Then breathe in and lower the dumbbells. Repeat the exercise 15-25 times. Practice 3-5 sets per day. You can rest 1-2 minutes between each set. Effect: This can effectively stimulate the underarm parametrium, improve the lymphatic circulation and blood circulation in the armpit, thus helping to effectively eliminate the parametrium and also beautify the arm curve.

Chest expansion to eliminate side breasts

Exercise method: raise your arms up, raise both hands flat to a horizontal line, and make a fist with both hands in front of your chest. Then pay attention to the two hands close together without separating the force to raise the arms as high as possible. Practice: By doing chest expansion exercise can use the pectoralis major muscle and arm muscle group contraction, driven to improve the situation of parametrium.
