The reason for the gas

When adjusting your breathing, the best position is to lean your upper body slightly forward. Don't bend or curl up because of pain, and don't lift your head and chest too much.

Step 3

Stretch your arms from the bottom up a few times, holding them at the highest point for a while to stretch your diaphragm as much as possible. Adjust your running posture when recovering, so that the step and breathing on a rhythm, such as step three steps a breath.

Step4

Use your index finger and thumb to rub the Inner and Outer Pass points (the Inner Pass is about 6cm from the root of the palm, on the opposite side of which is the Outer Light), while rubbing the Inner and Outer Pass, twist your body from side to side while breathing deeply.
