How to do cervical spine exercises

The first step

Step 2

Open your feet shoulder-width apart, and lower your arms naturally. Inhale, first raise your head as far back as possible, look at the sky with both eyes, hold for a moment; exhale, then lower your head as far forward as possible, chin as close to the body as possible, hold for a moment.

Step 3

Keeping the same posture of hands and feet as in the second step, first turn your head to the left side of your head, with your ears as close to your shoulders as possible, and then switch to the right side of your head after holding for a moment, 10 times.

Step 4

Hands and feet posture with the second step to maintain the same, first the head forward 10 times, and then the head backward 10 times in a circle.

Step 5

Keep the same posture of hands and feet as in the second step. First, force the neck up, lift the shoulders, stay for a moment, then relax the neck and shoulders. After relaxing, sink your shoulders and stretch your neck upward, and then relax after a few moments. Repeat 10 times.

Step 6

Open your feet shoulder-width apart, cross your fingers at the back of your head, and maintain your hands and head with simultaneous force for 5 seconds, then cross your fingers on your forehead with the same force for 5 seconds and then relax, repeat 10 times.
