How to do o-shaped legs

The O-leg, as the name suggests, is the legs together, knees flared, legs look like an O. Want to improve the O-leg, easy to have straight long legs, and not impossible thing. The following yoga moves will be practiced to give your legs some magic and say goodbye to O-shaped legs.

First exercise

Put on loose clothes and pants, put your legs together, stand well with your hips and belly tucked in, and try to open both shoulders backwards. When you are ready, continue with Step2. Put your hands on your waist and abdomen, lean your body forward so that your back is parallel to the ground, and perform back stretching exercises. Will be slightly bent knees, two arms close to the ears up, two arms close to the ears forward into a circle, hold the posture for ten seconds, then return to two arms up, the upper body straight, two feet together state, hold for 30 seconds.

The second exercise

Preparatory movements are the same as in the first section. Lift one leg up, with the foot inward against the knee area of the other leg, and raise both hands upward against the ears. After holding for 30 seconds, without moving your feet, lower your arms and bring your palms together in front of your chest. Hold for 30 seconds. Just switch feet and continue the movement. Two simple yoga movements, as long as you stick to it, legs will become more and more straight oh.
