Nutritional value of rice

Glutathione

Rice bran sterol

Indica rice, japonica rice contains more branched chain starch, easily soluble in water, can be completely hydrolyzed by amylase, converted into maltose; and glutinous rice contains less branched chain starch, so only fifty-four percent can be hydrolyzed by amylase, so it is not easy to be digested and absorbed by the body.

Protein

Vitamins and inorganic salts
