How to soak dried shiitake mushrooms

Soaking shiitake mushrooms in cold water

Generally speaking, shiitake mushrooms are soaked in cool water, soaked on the first night and ready to be eaten at noon the next day, generally the soaking time is shorter for small size, with 10 hours of operation, and for larger size, the soaking time should be not less than 12 hours.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water
