Take 30g of ice cream and knead it into a ball, spread it into a cake shape and wrap it around a small bean paste ball until the bean paste ball is completely covered. Press the wrapped ball in the mold to make a flower, roll it in cooked glutinous rice flour and it's ready to eat. Advantages: simple tools, no need to bake, lower heat. Disadvantages: single filling, single cake color.

Crashing red bean iced mooncake

Prepare red beans, sugar, glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, clarifying powder, milk, a little corn oil, blueberry fruit flavor powder, strawberry fruit flavor powder, pineapple fruit flavor powder; 75g capacity moon cake mold; prepare one day in advance, soak red beans for one day and one night. Put the soaked red beans into a pressure cooker and cook for 1 hour on high heat, after cooling, separate the red beans and red bean water. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the frying pan, when the oil is 7 minutes cooked, add the drained red beans and stir-fry, then add brown sugar according to personal taste, stir-fry until slightly dry into a ball, serve for use. The same method of making ice crust as above. Take out 3 small pieces of ice crust and mix them with pineapple, strawberry and blueberry fruit flavor powder respectively, knead them evenly to make small pieces of ice crust in red, yellow and blue colors. Take appropriate amount of ice crust and red bean filling small ball, wrap the white ice crust with red bean filling to form moon cake small ball. Take small pieces of mooncake dough and red, yellow and blue ice crusts, put them into the mold in order and press them to serve. Advantages: more beautiful mooncake colors and healthier and more nutritious red bean filling. Disadvantages: must be prepared a day in advance, more variety of ingredients used.
