Rejuvenating Pig Skin with Jujube: A Nourishing and Beautifying Recipe

[Ingredients]
300g pig skin, 200g jujube, 200g rock sugar.


[Instructions]
Put the pig skin in a pot, add enough water, boil for 10 minutes over high heat, then remove and wash off the pig hair. Then put the pig skin in a clay pot and simmer over medium heat until 80% cooked, add washed jujube and rock sugar. Cook until the pig skin is tender and done.

[Precautions]
(1) Jujube should not be consumed with onions, cucumbers, radishes, vitamin K, and animal liver.
(2) Jujube should not be taken with antipyretic and anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin and ibuprofen, as it can form insoluble complexes.
(3) Jujube is warm in nature and should not be consumed for chickenpox, pulmonary tuberculosis, and acute hepatitis.
(4) Do not eat pork when taking licorice, coptis chinensis, and balloon flower. Avoid eating pork when taking sulfonamide drugs, Japanese apricot, and rhubarb.
(5) Rock sugar affects blood sugar levels and can cause a sudden increase in blood sugar. It is not suitable for people with diabetes.
(6) Consume once every 2-3 days and can be consumed regularly.
