  Ginseng Congee

  [Ingredients]

  15g ginseng (powdered) and 15g ginger (juice extracted)

  Consumption: It is recommended to consume on an empty stomach in the morning and evening during autumn and winter.

  1. Wash the ginseng and rinse the rice.

  2. Put the ginseng and rice into a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and cook for 45 minutes. Add rock sugar to taste after it becomes porridge.
