[Jellyfish and Winter Melon Soup]
Ingredients: 75g frozen jellyfish, 750g winter melon, 300g carrots, 225g lean meat, 2 slices of ginger, salt to taste
Instructions:
(1) Clean the jellyfish and blanch it, then rinse it clean.
(2) Clean the winter melon and cut it into thick pieces.
(3) Peel and clean the carrots, then cut them into pieces.
(4) Clean the lean meat and blanch it, then rinse it clean.
(5) Bring a pot of water to boil, add the jellyfish, winter melon, carrots, lean meat, and ginger slices. Simmer for 2 hours over low heat, then season with salt.
