4 Nourishing Soups to Combat Autumn Dryness

Instructions: First, wash the dried figs and cut them in half. Wash the lean pork, northern sha shen, chenpi, and lily. Put all the ingredients into a pot of boiling water. Continue to simmer over medium heat for about two hours. Add a little salt to taste and it is ready to be consumed.

4. Lily Snow Pear Lotus Root Soup

Ingredients: 200g lily, 300g snow pear, 500g lotus root, salt.

Instructions: Wash the fresh lily, tear them into small pieces. Remove the core of the snow pear, wash and remove the joints of the lotus root, then cut them into small pieces. Put the snow pear and lotus root into 5 cups of water, simmer for about 2 hours, then add the fresh lily slices and simmer for about ten minutes. Finally, add salt to taste.
