Medicinal Diets for Anemia: Enhancing Blood and Nutritional Needs

Anemia is a common disease, especially prevalent in women. Method: Soak the lotus seeds in water, remove the skin and core, wash them with the cleaned longan meat and red dates, put them in a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, simmer until the lotus seeds are cooked, add rock sugar to taste. Medicinal Diet Five: Mushroom and Tofu Soup

Ingredients: 25g dried mushrooms, 400g water tofu, 60g fresh bamboo shoots, soybean oil, sesame oil, monosodium glutamate, salt, pepper, spring onion, appropriate amount of starch

Method: Wash the mushrooms and soak them in warm water, remove the stems and cut into shreds. Heat the wok, add soybean oil, stir-fry the bamboo shoots for a while and remove. Pour the soaked mushroom water and an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add the shredded mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and tofu cubes to the pot and cook. Add salt, pepper, and thicken with starch. Finally, drizzle with sesame oil and serve.

Effect: It has the functions of invigorating the stomach, strengthening the spleen, and replenishing deficiency. It is suitable for high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, anemia, calcium deficiency, and post-illness weakness.

In addition, it is advisable to eat more red dates on a regular basis, as they have the effect of replenishing blood and qi, which can relieve anemia symptoms.
