Shihu Flower Gum Black Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

- 10 pieces of Shihu

- 2 pieces of flower gum

- 1 black chicken

- 1/2 pound of lean meat

- 3 slices of ginger

- Red dates

Instructions:

1. Soak the flower gum in water until soft, then cut into small pieces.

2. Wash the Shihu and break them into small sections.

3. Boil the black chicken, remove the blood, and set aside.

4. Add the above ingredients, along with ginger, red dates, and an appropriate amount of water. Stew over low heat for 2 hours, then season and serve.
