【Ingredients】

20g water chestnuts, 10g goji berries, 200g abalone, 1 egg, 20ml cooking wine, 2g salt.

【Instructions】

Peel and dice the water chestnuts. Remove the shell and intestines from the abalone, then wash it in vinegar water before making crosshatch cuts on the back. Soak the goji berries in warm water until softened. Place the abalone in a steaming dish, add the soaked goji berries, egg, cooking wine, and salt, and mix well. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with the soaked goji berries and steam until cooked.
