Gout is not terrible, as it is mostly caused by improper diet. Therefore, dietary therapy is the safest method to treat gout. Gout patients need to pay long-term attention to their diet and make reasonable adjustments to their dietary structure to prevent and delay complications and improve the quality of life. 1. Stir-fried Luffa with Lychee

Ingredients:

Luffa (1 piece), lychee (14 pieces), tomato (1 piece), salt (1 teaspoon), vegetable oil (2 tablespoons)

Instructions:

1. Peel and remove the seeds from the lychee. Peel the luffa and tomato and cut them into small cubes.

2. Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the luffa until it becomes soft.

3. Add the tomato cubes and stir-fry together, then add a little salt and mix well.

4. After the luffa and tomato are both soft, add the lychee meat and stir-fry for a few more times before removing from heat.

2. Stir-fried Eggs with Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Eggs (3), shiitake mushrooms (1 bunch), carrot (1/2 piece), salt, scallion, black pepper, vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add some salt. Heat some oil in a pan and pour in the egg mixture.

2. When the egg mixture solidifies, cut it into small pieces and remove from the pan.

3. Add a little oil to the pan, stir-fry the carrot cubes until slightly cooked, then add the prepared mushrooms and stir-fry.

4. After the mushrooms release their moisture, cook for another minute or two, then add salt and black pepper to season.

5. Add the cooked eggs and stir-fry for a few more times. Before removing from heat, add some scallions and mix well.

3. Steamed Egg with Clams

Ingredients:

Eggs (2), clams (1 dish), cooking wine, light soy sauce, olive oil

Instructions:

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add a little olive oil, cooking wine, and water. Mix well.

2. Blanch the clams in boiling water until they open their mouths, then remove them from the water.

3. Place the blanched clams in a dish. Filter the beaten egg mixture into the dish.

4. Let it sit for a minute, then cover with plastic wrap.

5. Place the dish in a pot and steam over high heat for seven minutes. When cooked, remove from heat and season with a little light soy sauce.

4. Moo Shu Pork

Ingredients:

Pork tenderloin (200g), eggs (2), cucumber (1 piece), black fungus (1 bunch), dried daylily (1 bunch), salt, chicken powder, cooking wine, light soy sauce, vegetable oil, scallion, cornstarch, sugar

Instructions:

1. Wash the cucumber and cut it into slices. Cut the scallions into small pieces.

2. Slice the pork tenderloin and marinate it with light soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch for a while. 3. Soak the black fungus and dried daylily in water, then drain. Beat the eggs. 4. Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan, pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked. Remove from the pan. 5. Heat another tablespoon of vegetable oil in the pan, stir-fry the scallions until fragrant, then add the pork tenderloin and stir-fry until it changes color. 6. Add the black fungus and dried daylily, and stir-fry for a while. 7. Season with salt, chicken powder, and sugar. Finally, add the eggs and cucumber slices, and stir-fry until well mixed.

5. Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork

Ingredients:

Pineapple (1/2 piece), pork (200g), bell pepper (1/3 piece), salt, light soy sauce, starch, tomato sauce, vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. Soak the pineapple in saltwater for about 10 minutes, then rinse it with clean water and cut it into large pieces.

2. Cut the pork into 1 cm thick and 2-3 cm wide pieces.

3. Marinate the pork with starch, salt, and light soy sauce for about 15 minutes.

4. Heat about 500g of vegetable oil in a pan until it reaches about 60% of its maximum heat.

5. Gently place the marinated pork into the pan and fry it over medium heat.

6. While frying, flip the pork with chopsticks from time to time until it turns golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain the excess oil.

7. Add a few drops of vegetable oil to the pan, add the tomato sauce, and stir-fry over low heat.

8. When the tomato sauce is fragrant, add the fried pork, pineapple, and bell pepper. Stir-fry until the tomato sauce is fully flavored. Remove from heat.
