One: Lily Congee

Herbal Recipe:

30g fresh lily, 50g glutinous rice, and appropriate amount of rock sugar.

Function:

This recipe has the effects of tonifying the middle and moistening the lungs, as well as clearing the mind and calming the spirit.

Preparation:

Cook the glutinous rice into congee, then add the lily and continue cooking until the congee is done. Add rock sugar to taste. If fresh lilies are not available, you can use 10g of dried lilies and cook them together with the rice.
