【Ingredients】

  Walnut kernel 50g, Poria cocos 25g, glutinous rice 100g.

【Method】

  1. Soak the walnut kernel in hot water and grind separately with Poria cocos.

  2. Wash the glutinous rice, add Poria cocos and an appropriate amount of water, boil in a clay pot, and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
