[Methods of Consuming Goosefoot]

Cold mixed goosefoot

Ingredients: Goosefoot, oil chili, minced garlic, peppercorn oil, sesame oil, salt, vinegar, sesame, soy sauce (appropriate amount)

Method: First, wash the goosefoot clean. Boil a pot of water, add the vegetables without covering the pot, otherwise the wild vegetables will change color. After about two minutes, use your hand to pinch off the stems of the vegetables. If you can pinch it off, it is cooked. Of course, the softness and hardness can be adjusted according to personal preference.
