  Ingredients

  

  500g rabbit meat, 20 red dates, 5 water chestnuts.

  

  Seasoning

  

  1 slice of ginger, some cooking wine, some salt, a little pepper.

  
         

 

  Preparation

  

  1. Wash the rabbit meat and cut into pieces. Boil some water in a pot, blanch the cut rabbit meat with cooking wine to remove any blood and gamey taste, then remove and drain.

  

  2. Wash the red dates (remove pits) and water chestnuts (remove skins), and set aside.

  

  3. Put all the ingredients into a stewing pot, add enough boiling water, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat for 1-2 hours. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
