Five-Fingered Peach Cotton Lotus Seed Soup

  

Ingredients:

  

  50g fresh cotton flower, 30g five-fingered peach, 50g lotus seeds, 50g coix seed, 50g foxnut, 100g pork bones, appropriate amount of rock sugar

  

Preparation:

  

  Wash the cotton flower and five-fingered peach, boil them in water to extract the juice, remove the residue and set aside; wash the lotus seeds, coix seed, and foxnut, chop the pork bones into pieces, wash them, blanch with water, add water and the cotton flower and five-fingered peach juice, simmer until the lotus seeds, coix seed, and foxnut are fully cooked, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, simmer for a while and it's ready to serve.

Lily Longevity Quail Egg

  

Ingredients:

  

  10g lily, 10g lotus seeds, 3g white fungus, 3 quail eggs, appropriate amount of rock sugar

  

Preparation:

  

  (1) Soak the lily, lotus seeds, and white fungus; cook and peel the quail eggs.

  

  (2) Put the prepared ingredients, along with an appropriate amount of rock sugar and water, into a stewing pot. Stew for 1-1.5 hours.
