[Preparation of Niuxi]
Niuxi: Remove impurities, wash, moisten and soften, remove the reed, cut into sections, and dry. Wine-soaked Niuxi: Take Niuxi sections, sprinkle with rice wine, mix well, let it moisten, then stir-fry in a pot until slightly dry, take it out and let it cool. (For every 100 catties of Niuxi sections, use 10 catties of rice wine)
