Yam, also known as Dioscorea, has the effects of nourishing and strengthening the body, aiding digestion, stopping sweating, and relieving diarrhea. It has high nutritional value and is a medicinal material with dual purposes. Let me introduce the medicinal value of yam to everyone.
1. For fever, coughing, spontaneous sweating, palpitations, and loose stool caused by lung diseases: Take 60-120 grams of yam, boil it and drink the juice, or cook and eat it in appropriate amounts daily.
2.
