Clinical manifestations of Yin deficiency with dampness type dysentery:

【Black Fungus Soup】
Ingredients: 50g black fungus.

Ingredients: 3 preserved eggs, 60g brown sugar.
Method: Peel the preserved eggs.
Effects: Nourishes Yin, clears heat, and stops dysentery.
Usage: Take 1-2 times a day, 3 eggs each time, dip the preserved eggs in sugar, and eat them on an empty stomach. Can be consumed regularly.
【Scallops and Stir-Fried Water Spinach】
Ingredients: 750g water spinach, 100g scallops, 500g milk broth.
Method: Take tender stems and leaves of water spinach, remove the skin of the stems, wash them, blanch in boiling water, then rinse with cold water. Soak the scallops in water. Heat 100g lard in a pan, stir-fry the water spinach briefly, add milk broth, scallops, salt, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, and pepper powder. Cook until the flavors are absorbed. Take out the water spinach, arrange it neatly on a plate. Thicken the sauce in the pan, drizzle a small amount of chicken oil, pour it over the vegetables.
