1. Goji Chrysanthemum Tea
Ingredients: 5g of goji berries, 6g of chrysanthemum flowers, a little rock sugar.
Method: Boil 1500cc of water with the goji berries, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add the chrysanthemum flowers, boil for another 5 minutes, remove the flowers, and sweeten with rock sugar.

2. Goji Mulberry Porridge
Ingredients: 5g of goji berries, 5g of mulberries, 5g of Chinese yam, 5 red dates, 100g of glutinous rice.

Ingredients: 100g of fresh pig liver, 60g of mung beans, 100g of rice, salt, and MSG to taste.
Method: Cook the mung beans and rice together until 80% cooked. Then add sliced or shredded pig liver and cook until done. Season with salt and MSG.

4. Dodder Seed Stewed Quail Eggs

Method: (1) Wash the dodder seeds and put them in a cheesecloth bag, tying the bag tightly. Wash the red dates and goji berries.
(2) Put the dates, goji berries, and cheesecloth bag into a pot, add enough water to cover them, then add the quail eggs. Bring to a boil with yellow wine, then simmer on low heat for about 60 minutes. Season with salt and serve.

5. Goji Chrysanthemum Rehmannia Wine
Ingredients: 500g of chrysanthemum flowers, 300g of raw rehmannia, 100g of goji berries, 100g of Chinese angelica, 3000g of glutinous rice, wine yeast.
Method: (1) Put the flowers, raw rehmannia, goji berries, and Chinese angelica in a clay pot, add enough water to cover them by 5cm, and simmer until a concentrated liquid is obtained.
(2) Wash the glutinous rice and cook it. Let it cool, then put it in a wine jar. Add the concentrated liquid and wine yeast, mix well, seal the jar, and store it in a warm place for 7 days.
