 【Qi Jujube Buns】
 Ingredients: 300g Astragalus, 300g Jujube, 300g Flour.
Preparation: Boil Astragalus in water for 20 minutes, remove the residue, add jujube and cook. After cooked, take out the jujube, remove the skin and pit, mash it into filling and make buns. Steam until cooked.
Efficacy: Tonifying Qi and Blood.
Usage: Can be eaten as a staple food.
 
 【Mutton and Chinese Yam Porridge】
 Ingredients: 50g mutton, 150g winter melon, 100g Chinese yam, 50g glutinous rice.
Preparation: Cook glutinous rice in water until 80% cooked, then add minced mutton, diced winter melon, and diced Chinese yam to the porridge. Cook until the winter melon and Chinese yam are soft, then add salt and monosodium glutamate to season.
Efficacy: Warming Yang and Tonifying Qi.
