Facial Expressions

The skin on the face is supported by facial muscles. If facial expressions are too complex and varied, the facial muscles will constantly contract and expand, causing the skin to move along with them. Once the elasticity or tension of the skin decreases, wrinkles will appear.

Solution: If you are someone who smiles frequently or has many facial expressions, gently massage the sides of the nose, corners of the mouth, and cheeks after a hearty laugh or making facial expressions.

Lack of Sleep

Long-term lack of sleep can reduce the skin's regulatory function, leading to wrinkles and accelerated skin aging.

Solution: The best time for skin repair is after 11:00 PM. If you miss this window, you need to make up for enough sleep time and ensure the best sleep quality.

Rapid Weight Loss or Lack of Exercise

Rapid weight loss can cause skin sagging, especially in the morning. In addition, lack of exercise slows down the skin's metabolism, resulting in lackluster skin and accelerated aging.
