February 25, 2024

Parents spare no effort in helping their children grow taller, from supplementing with calcium and nutrients to persistently feeding them. Today, I will recommend several complementary foods that are rich in calcium and zinc for all parents.

One, Canola Egg Soup

Ingredients: Canola leaves, eggs, pork bone soup

Directions: (1) Remove the old leaves and stems from the canola, wash the tender leaves and boil them for 5 minutes. Remove them and let them cool, then cut them into small pieces. Put them in a bowl and mix them with a little pork bone soup.

(2) Put 100ml of pork bone soup in a pot, add egg yolk and canola pieces to the pot, and stir while cooking. Bring it to a boil, add a little salt, and drizzle a drop of sesame oil.

Two, Mixed Tofu Soup

Ingredients: Tofu, shrimp, pork, eggs, pork bone soup

Directions: (1) Cut the tofu into small pieces, blanch it in boiling water, and set it aside after cooling. Wash the shrimp and chop it into fine pieces, then stir-fry it until cooked and set it aside.

(2) Beat the eggs in a bowl, add some water and salt, and stir well. Steam it for 10 minutes. Take out the steamed egg and cut it into small pieces.

(3) Put an appropriate amount of pork bone soup in a pot, add shrimp, pork, tofu, and steamed egg to the pot and bring to a boil. When it is cooked, add a little sesame oil.

Three, Chicken Pumpkin Potato Puree

Ingredients: Pumpkin, potato, chicken, salt

Directions: (1) Peel and deseed the pumpkin and potato, cut them into small pieces, steam the pumpkin and potato for 20 minutes, and then let them cool. Press them into a puree.

(2) Wash the chicken, remove the tendons and membranes, chop it into small pieces, put an appropriate amount of pork bone soup in a pot, add chicken, pumpkin puree, potato puree, and cook over high heat until thick. Add salt.

Four, Minced Pork with Cabbage

Ingredients: Pork, cabbage, pork bone soup, salt

Directions: (1) Wash the pork, mince it, wash the cabbage, remove the yellow leaves and roots, and chop it into small pieces.

(2) Heat the oil in a pan until it is 70-80% hot, add the minced pork and stir-fry it, then add the cabbage and pork bone soup and stir-fry until cooked. Add salt and cook until tender.

Every child is the apple of their parents' eye. Since the day they were born, parents have poured all their efforts into their children. They hope their children grow up healthy and happy. I hope my recommendations can help parents.
