Pregnant women are advised to drink warm water instead of cold water, as cold water can cause intestinal cramps and uterine contractions. Additionally, carbonated and stimulant beverages such as soda, coffee, and tea should be consumed in moderation.

4. Massage regularly

When experiencing poor intestinal motility, massaging can help stimulate bowel movements. It is important to note that the uterus is located in the center of the abdomen, so massaging in the wrong area can cause uterine contractions.
