Fruit Oatmeal Porridge 100g oatmeal, 50g milk, 50g fruit, a little sugar. Soak the dry oatmeal in 300ml of water until soft, wash and chop the fruit; pour the soaked oatmeal and water into a pot, heat it up, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add milk and cook for another 5-6 minutes until the oatmeal is soft and the porridge has a moderate thickness. Add the chopped fruit and a little sugar, simmer for a while, and serve in a bowl. This porridge is soft and easy to eat, with a strong fruity aroma, and contains the necessary nutrients for babies such as protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, and various vitamins. It is important to cook the porridge to a moderate thickness and briefly cook the fruit before feeding it to the baby.

Green Vegetable Porridge 300g rice, 30g green vegetables, a little salt. Wash the green vegetables (spinach, rapeseed or baby bok choy leaves), boil them in hot water until soft, and chop them. Wash the rice, soak it in water for 1-2 hours, put it in a pot and cook for 30-40 minutes. Before turning off the heat, add salt and chopped green vegetables, and cook for another 10 minutes. This porridge is sticky and tasty, and contains rich nutrients.
